Cognitive Impairment in Strategic Infarct Dementia: A Report of Three Cases

Strokes involving specific areas regulating cognition and behavioral functions constitute strategic infarct vascular dementia. We present three patients with acute behavioral changes and cognitive impairment following a strategic infarct.
