When working with peers from different backgrounds, it is crucial to ensure that all researchers involved in a particular project should have enough expertise to be able to handle the work allotted to them. Every study design requires a different set of skills. This training helps us categorize candidates based on their abilities and skills, to help them engage in projects that work best for them.
